Insurance
We accept most major insurances. Therefore, please contact your insurance company for confirmation of Dr. Seiter’s participation in your plan.
Our staff will assist you with claims processing and payment arrangements. Likewise, we are happy to submit claims on your behalf to your insurance provider and will bill for deductibles, co-pays, and non-covered services directly from our office. In this complicated insurance environment, we can assist you in medical pre-authorizations and other billing needs. Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance provider. For that reason, Seiter Foot & Ankle cannot guarantee payment of claims. It is your ultimate responsibility to ensure that claims are paid for services rendered.
Payments
Credit cards are accepted and incur a $2 processing fee.
